Product Usage Guidelines

1.For Fans

• Charge fully before first use. Use the included USB-C cable or a certified 5V/2A charger.
• Avoid direct sun when idle — fans perform best in shaded or ventilated spaces.

• Do not block airflow during operation. Keep grilles clean and free of obstructions.
• Noise levels may vary at high speeds — use lower settings for sleeping environments.
• Do not submerge or rinse with water. For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth or gentle brush.

2.For Outdoor Energy Products

• For solar models, place under direct sunlight for 4–8 hours for full charging.
• Never use damaged cables or incompatible adapters.
• Do not operate under rain or wet conditions unless the device is IP-rated waterproof.
• Charge the unit every 2–3 months if stored long-term to preserve battery health.
• Avoid overloading by connecting multiple high-wattage devices at once.

3.For Lighting Devices

• Avoid direct eye contact with LEDs while in use.
• Test battery level before long trips. Charge with solar or USB if needed.
• Keep dry unless marked waterproof. Wipe gently with a damp cloth if cleaning.
• Power-saving mode can be used to extend battery life for night-long lighting.

4.For Outdoor Gear & Accessories

• Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
• Do not modify, disassemble or combine with non-CONBOLA electrical accessories.
• Report missing parts/damage within 7 days of receiving the item (with photos).
• Use with care — many of our materials are built for long-term sustainability.
