1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CONBOLA purchase.
If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process, subject to the terms below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Note:
Used, damaged, or incomplete items not caused by a manufacturing defect may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Customized or personalized products
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our support team at support@conbola.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Carefully package the item and ship it back to us.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7-15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a description and photos of the issue to expedite resolution.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@conbola.com as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often 5–7 business days.
